The directors and management of Kemklean (Pty) Ltd are committed to the promotion of broad based black economic empowerment (BBBEE). This includes employment equity and skills development based on sustainable growth within the defined context of Kemklean’s business activities in the cleaning and hygiene chemicals sector of the economy.  The BBEE programme forms part of the company’s business strategy, which primary aim is to ensure the continued success of the company for the benefit of stakeholders and employees

In an integrated South African society we believe that we must resource all levels of the business with the best skills available from all population groups in order to promote the further development of a workforce and management structure that reflects the regional and national demographics of South Africa. To this end and within the bounds of current legislation, the transfer of equity in the form of company shares has been extended to historically disadvantaged individuals or groups and active steps have been taken to promote meaningful and economically viable skills development. In the broader sense of social responsibility the company will continue to support community upliftment initiatives in the form of available resources.
