Board Announcement
The Board of directors of Kemklean has pleasure in announcing changes to the structure and membership of the Board with effect from 1 July 2011.
Mr Ian Ross, who has served on the Kemklean Board over the past four years, has now been appointed as Sales and Marketing Director, with the sole responsibility for this role nationally. Mr Ross has over 20 years of experience in the formulated chemical industry nationally, and has been most successful in fulfilling a regional directorship roll for the past four years.
Mr Graeme Venables has been appointed as Financial Director, having been in the role as Financial Manager for the last two years, Mr Venables has 12 years experience in financial management, having held a number of senior financial management positions prior to joining Kemklean.
As Kemklean continues to enjoy strong growth and establish an ever increasing presence in the national formulated chemical market, the skills that the new Board appointments bring to the executive team are notable and will ensure that future Strategic Plans and Targets are achieved.
